Not happy with your product or need to exchange?  Return it to us within 30 days and we'll be able to proceed your request. Please follow the steps below:

To initiate any return/exchange please email us at info@deucebrand.com                                                                      

Make sure that you include the following information:

1. Order number
2. Your name and address
3. Email address
4. Reason for return (Exchange or return)

A representative from Deuce will assist you on the return policy. We will not refund any item(s) unless authorized through (info@deucebrand.com). Once approved, you must return the item(s) within 14 days of receipt in a re-sellable condition. Re-sellable condition means that the item is in its original packaging, unworn and complete with original labels.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund for items returned that are not in a re-sellable condition. We will only refund the price of the item to the purchaser once it is received and it may take up to seven working days to credit the purchaser's account.
